We have got the lumber! I think it will be enough. 

In addition I have gone from theee posts to four. This will help hold more of the breaks in the courses than three would have. 

Laying in the courses is pretty easy a simple measure and cut. 

As the courses filled out a level was placed from the wall to the high point in the ground. Once the level was had the courses were done. 

The side wall followed the same pattern and interlocked with the front wall, kind of like a log cabin. 

Supports were added to the side wall, and nails were toenailed into various spots to maintain alignment. 

Now that the wall is up it opens the door to more renovations under the barn. Some of the dirt from there will be used to fill this terrace up. Stay tuned for more.
