Operation omelette Part 5

Today is about walls. Walls and getting them on. We begin with the first one. This is the side of the coop that will face south. The chickens will have two nice windows to look out of.

This is also the side that will have the clear roofing. Light is a good thing.

This portion is somewhat building, somewhat jigsaw art.
It doesn’t have to be incredibly pretty, it just has to close the structure up. I haven’t decided yet if I want to do shingles, or clapboard on the sides yet.

For each piece that goes on nice three others fight like hell today. A large portion of it is I just need to slow down. Self rushing is a huge factor in these projects, and a large source of frustration.

With time running out I have managed to wrap two walls plus. With the laying box wall mapped out.
Next time we finish up the rest of the walls, add panels and hardware, and hopefully roof this thing.

Until next time…
